Assistant Manager (Leisure Facility) in Tyrone

Our client is a well established business in the Leisure Industry.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager for their busy site in Tyrone / Donegal
Hours of Work: 39 per week to include evenings and weekends (though flexibility is required during busy periods)
Duties & Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision
Staff Training
Providing high levels of Customer Service
Stock Taking & Control
Rota and Shift Control
Scheduling
Cash Handling
Dealing with Queries and Complaints

Applicants must have the following

AT LEAST 2 years experience at Assistant Management or Management level in either Retail, Customer Service or Leisure Industries
Experience of Staff Supervision
Ability to Multi Task
Strong IT skills including use of Word, Excel, Databases and Email
Excellent Customer Service skills
