About the Role and ResponsibilitiesAbout the RoleThis is a key role within the Channel Accounting team. Main areas of responsibility will include all aspects of the HTCM process, royalty report processing and management of the retail rebates program.Primary Responsibilities- Processing sell out and stock reports from Distributors on a weekly/monthly basis- Issuing of all sell out, stock, sales and booking reports to the business teams- Month and quarter end preparation of accruals and reconciliation of accounts- Processing of all royalty reports submitted to the royalty mailbox- Review of invoicing to ensure all invoices issued correctly- Approval of all retail rebates and processing of retail rebate claims- Liaise with business team on any reporting issues- Document preparation for external audit- Continuous process review and improvement- Support and cover team members- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Channel Accounting Manager- Ensure compliance with all SOX controlsQualificationsExperience/ Requirements- Part Qualified Accountant currently studying for accounting exams, Certified/CIMA/Chartered Accountant/CPA- The individual must be a conscientious enthusiastic person with attention to detail and excellent communication skills- Work experience in an Accounting role· Good time management/prioritisation ability· Can demonstrate use of own initiative to improve processes· Self starter, ability to work independently and within a team· Strong analytical skillsJob: AccountingPrimary Location: EMEA-IRL-MR-CorkPosition Number: 880933Schedule: Full-time
