Desktop Support, Windows, English and German, Contract,Zurich On behalf of our client, a private bank inZurich, Swisslinx is looking for a Desktop Supporter for a 3 month contract to start as soon as possible. In this challenging contract role you will take part on a Windows 7 rollout. Your responsibilities will include provision of 1 st and 2 nd level support, troubleshooting, logging and escalation of problems as well as the implementation of software and hardware in a highly motivated team of professionals. The ideal will candidate will have extensive experience providing desktop support, solid knowledge of Windows 7 and ideally have experience of Windows rollouts. You will also be an excellent oral communicator and demonstrate an ability to work under pressure. Applicants should speak strong English. German is a plus.
