About the Role and ResponsibilitiesLocation: Cork, IEAbout the RoleThe Inside Sales Learning Consultant will be based internally and their primary focus will be to identify needs, develop integrated documentation, and design and manage targeted learning solutions for our Inside Sales teams. The role involves developing and delivering focused learning & development solutions as well as classroom delivery and facilitationKey Responsibilities- Build close relationships with principle business and functional stakeholders- Create metrics and manage performance impact measurement process for learning solutions.- Cross functional collaboration with other business & regional HR and Learning resources- Define learning objectives to support business performance improvement- Development and delivery of training materials, lab exercises, discussions for McAfee security products & solutions- Deliver McAfee sales, sales process and product courses- Conduct student assessments and testing- Configuration & preparation of classroom environment- Assessment of student participation, performance, and classroom behavior- Work alongside sales management on coaching and mentoring new hires- Provide feedback to managers on new hires strengths and weaknesses- Assist in the continuing development and improvement of the sales career development plan.- Requires some travel (up to 15%) to support inside sales teams in global locationsQualifications- Proven track record of working as a learning solution specialist- Significant experience in the appropriate industry/business background, including proven experience relevant to functional assignment (e.g., inside sales)- Proven training development, delivery, and project management skills- Demonstrated training expertise via Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certification from ASTD, CIPD or similar industry organisation, or equivalent training delivery experience- MA (preferred) or BA plus successful business experience in sales/or sales trainingMcAfee, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC), is the world's largest dedicated security technology company.
