JOB DESCRIPTION: Territory Sales Manager - Healthcare / Medical Your brief will be to develop and grow acute healthcare business in Northern Ireland. You will take over an established territory turning over C. £3.5million, dealing with all the trusts along with the private hospitals and clinics. The area is hitting target but there is enormous potential for growth, you will extend distribution across the product range with existing customers and duplicate success from department to department with new customers. You will develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical contacts in the hospitals, so typically your decision makers will be infection control and tissue viability nurses as well as theatre, procurement and pharmacy managers. The products are a widely used range of medical disposables covering procedure packs hand / body wear and wound care. REQUIREMENTS: Territory Sales Manager - Healthcare / Medical Experience of selling to the acute healthcare sector. Demonstrable success in winning and developing new customers The attitude and desire to succeed in this role. The ability to understand a semi-technical product range, the strengths and the applications. An organised structured approach to managing the territory and customers. Strong relationship builder with the ability to network with customers and in-house. Commercially astute with understanding of competitors and the cost/ benefits arguments.
