Restaurant Manager for this Fine Dining Restaurant in Luxury 4 Star Leitrim Hotel. The hotel is a 42 bedroom property and is a busy F&B orientated hotel and they cater for a large amount of weddings as well as having a 50 seater fine dining restaurant.
 
It is an exclusive property and requires someone with previous experience as Restaurant Manager, preferably within a hotel with a fine dining restaurant. You will need excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Strong customer focus is essential along with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest standards of service.
 
Restaurant Manager for this 4 Star Galway Hotel. You will be required to meet the challenge of driving the business forward and enhancing further the excellent standards that exist within the Restaurant and Banqueting departments. We are seeking a candidate who will be a proactive, committed Team Member, who will be self-motivated, flexible, able to work on their own initiative and lead a team.
