Requisition ID: 19483BRJob Title: Financial Accountant, Team LeaderDivision: Implants OpsBusiness Unit: Ireland OpsBusiness Function: Finance / AccountingCountry: IrelandCity: LimerickShift: N/AJob Description:- To manage the Bank, Payroll, Fixed Assets & External Reporting process for the Styrker Ireland Ortho sites and to complete the reporting for those balance sheet accounts and reporting entities as allocated by the Business Services Manager.- Lead & Manage the staff Bank, Payroll, Fixed Assets & External Reporting Group including recruitment, training and development and performance management.- Manage the Bank, Payroll, & External Reporting processes ensuring that all activities are completed to the set standard within the agreed timetables.- Completion of assigned General Ledger and all related journals to meet month end deadlines.- Update HFM reporting system for assigned HFM reporting entities- Liaise with management accounting teams on all sites to ensure queries are dealt with promptly.- Liaise with the external and internal auditors as required.- Completion of Balance Sheet account reconciliation and analysis on the accounts allocated by the Business Services Manager.- Complete the monthly and annual working papers for all balance sheet accounts and reporting entities allocated by the Business Services Manager- Complete and load accounts, (actuals, projections & budgets) to the Corporate reporting system within agreed deadlines.- Ensure that all external reporting requirements such as VAT, Payroll, Custom’s etc are discharged in a timely manner.- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements.- Ensure that 5 S principles are used with regard to filing and organisation of work station.Qualifications/Work Experience: • Qualified with recognised Accountancy Body, with at least 3 years relevant experience.Education and/or Special Training: • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once will be required as will a high level of flexibility with a high level commitment to success.- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordPercent Travel Required: 10%
