Lead- Senior Analyst - 8 Month FTC-00095747DescriptionJob Summary :The Graduate Recruitment Lead designs, rolls-out and manages the end-to-end recruitment service for the Consulting and Solutions Graduate Programmes, the Accenture Internship Programmes and other Graduate led initiativesKey Responsibilities:Interviewing* Conducting interviews and assessment centres* Communicating results to candidates and manage offer process with back office teamManaging Campus Activities* Planning, preparing, co-ordinating, conducting and analysing campus activities for my universities.* Selling Accenture, presenting to and training students (e.g. interviewing skills or team work training).* Developing innovative solutions to current and future recruiting problems.* Budget management* Liaising with careers services* Initiate and drive Graduate Recruitment campaigns and work with our key vendors to deliver targeted campaigns that meet Graduate Demand ensuring that the brand is always geared towards attracting the top talent.Managing UATs* Structuring and motivating the University Action Teams within Accenture* Co-ordinating and delegating tasks to UAT members, suggesting and improving initiatives.* Updating UATs on recruitment news.Induction* Co-ordination of Grad 1 week induction program* Facilitate and Present at InductionProject/Administrative Activities* Undertaking recruiting projects and initiatives at point of need (web site, third party suppliers, work permit issues)* Producing the necessary Statistical Analysis
to facilitate the production of the annual review document, and undertaking a comparison of the recent FY data and reporting back to the businessCommunications and Working Relationships* Careers Services - Maintaining relations with the university careers services - personal visits, presentations, phone calls/emails to provide updates on graduate recruitment and changes in Accenture.*Students / candidates - Answer queries and questions from students on all aspects of Accenture. Train and present to students. Promote and sell Accenture. Provide second round feedback. Manage student agents on campus.*CMD & Senior Executive Team - Work closely with SE Team and CMD to ensure that all initiatives are in line with overall company strategy.*Student organisation/sponsored teams - Set up, maintain, build and monitor relationship between universities, societies & sponsored clubs to get the best relationship / positive press*Line managers (interviewing and MTF) - Help train line managers in interviewing. Work with and direct Manager Task Force. Contribute to MTF Performance Assessment
.*UATs -Motivate, structure and manage UAT members and UAT leads. Answer general queries on graduate recruitment.*Marketing department -Liaise re advertising, PR and on campus marketing.*HR - Work closely with HR to develop and participate in Graduate Orientation programmesQualifications* 2 years commercial experience, preferably in either Graduate HR/Recruiting or a Marketing / PR role* Experience of working in busy/proactive environmentFunctional Skills* Relationship Management
