A leading Bank is seeking a PMO Manager to work on a Customer transformation and loyalty programme, initially running for 3 months with the likely HOOD of extension. This project offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation. This is a business change role not a technical/IT position. Key responsibilities will include:- To set up and manage the PMO for Customer Services
Transformation, including risk and issue management, plans, progress reporting, change control across all workstreams.- To establish and manage the co-ordination of the Programme Executive
Boards.- To drive governance in line with and support the process established by the Portfolio Board and Change Leadership Board- To report in to the Customer Services Transformation Programme ManagerTo be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills (ideally within Financial Services
):- PMO Management experience working on large programmes and multiple work streams. - Excellent Stakeholder Management
and communication.- Excellent organisation, planning and analytical skills to ensure that robust plans to deliver objectives are developed and delivered. -Dependency Management
