The Security Response Administrative Assistant will fulfil the following responsibilities:
Description:
Submit expenses for VP and other individuals within the team
Manage and coordinate all travel arrangements for team, including the booking of flights, hotel accommodation and car hire.
Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, etc.
Make travel arrangements, appointments and manage schedules
Order office supplies as required
Handle group communications of an administrative nature
Manage ad-hoc requests and general enquiries
Skills/Attributes:
Background in a similar role
Fluent English speaker
Length of experience (2+ years in similar role)
Third level qualification in a related discipline would be an advantage
Must be computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Office, Word, Outlook and Excel etc.
Excellent proficiency with Internet
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal essential
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks; must be detail orientated
Self-motivated
