We are currently working with them to recruit a Senior HR Manager for their UK and Ireland operation, based at their operations facility in Belfast area and with responsibility for employees based in other locations in United Kingdom and Ireland. This role is a full generalist position leading a team to provide value adding HR services. The role also has additional responsibility for providing an HR operations and payroll service to the wider European operation. Your key areas of responsibility will include leading on Talent Acquisition
and Management, Reward and Compensation, Employee Communication and Engagement, Employee Relations. To be considered for this role you will be of graduate caliber with a professional HR qualification. You will have demonstrable experience of leading a team to deliver HR services within an international environment, committed to an entrepreneurial spirit and profitable growth.
