A global leader in IT services and products is going through a period of expansion and require a 2nd Line Support Engineer to support there clients from the Derry / Londonderry office.
The role of 2nd Line support Engineer will suit an experienced technical support professional with a Microsoft windows servers environment i.e. Windows server 2000 / 2003. You will also have strong experience with Active Directory, Backup / recovery technologies and networking protocols such as TCP/IP including DNS / Wins / DHCP.
As a 2nd Line support engineer it will be beneficial to show experience of Microsoft exchange 2000 - 2007, Citrix, Windows server 2008 and virtualisation such as VMWARE
